Biography
The youngest champion-coach in Euro League history (2010), Euro League coach of the year (2010), 4-time winner of the Spanish Championship (2009, 2011, 2012, 2014), 3-time winner of the Spanish Cup (2010, 2011, 2013), 4-time winner of the Spanish Super Cup (2009–2011, 2015).
Three times recognized Coach of the year by the Spanish Coach Association (2009-2011), four times Coach of the year in Spain (2010-2012, 2016), 2-time winner of the Greek Championship (2017, 2018), 2-time winner of the Greek Cup (2017, 2019), twice became Coach of the Year in Greece (2017, 2018), Best Coach of the VTB United League (2020-21).

In February 2020, Pascual took charge of Zenit.
In the 2020/2021 season, Zenit, under the leadership of Pascual, reached the Euro League playoffs for the first time in history.
In the VTB United League, Zenit took 1st place in the regular season with 20 wins in 24 games. Zenit also became the best team in defense: on average, Pascual’s team conceded 71.6 points per game.
At the conclusion of the season, Pascual was recognized as VTB United League “Coach of the Year”.
In April 2021, Pascual signed a new 3-year contract with Zenit.
