Zenit loses to Loko in the second round opener

Our team started the second round of the VTB United League regular season with a narrow lose to Lokomotiv Kuban at home – 90:92. They Thompkins had a chance to win the game for Zenit, but made his first miss of the game from beyond the arc in the very end.
Two players debuted for Zenit in this game – Adrien Moerman and Royce Hamm Jr. The latter was one of the best players of the game scoring 14 pts and making 4 rebounds. Trey Thompkins added 23 pts and 8 rebunds, Thomas Heurtel finished with a double-double – 14 pts + 10 assists.
