Zenit left no chances for Tsmoki in Minsk. Fifth back-to-back win in the VTB League

The 6th away game in a row put a lot of psychological and physical pressure on the Zenit. The desire to win the fifth victory in a row, the absence of defeats in personal meetings against the Minsk team and the expectation of a short break for the All-Star Game left great chances for the victory of the Xavi Pascual’s squad.

Xavi Pascual, Zenit BC Head Coach:

Congratulations to Tsmoki-Minsk on a good game. We spent the whole of February on the road, and now we are returning home in a good mood. A short break for the All-Star Game will give us some time to recover. Thanks to our fans for their support.

Sergey Karasev, Zenit BC Forward:

In the first half, we couldn’t score three-pointers, and then the game seemed to go according to our rules. Igor caught his throw today, and Alex, as always, put pressure on the opponent’s ring. Now we have a little rest to prepare for Barcelona.
