Zenit goes home from Kazan with 2-3 in the semis

The fifth game of this series was a promising one for Zenit. Our team won two games in a row, the last one was with +27, and could have grabbed the lead in the semis against UNICS. But unfortunately, Kazan team didn’t let Zenit do it.
The first half was even – Zenit took the first lead 10-0, then missed a 7-0 from UNICS… 1Q was 15-15, 2Q was with just -3. But the third quarter was bad for our team as we missed the crucial push from UNICS and had -16 going into the last quarter. The final result is 63-78.
