Welcome, Trent!

American guard Trent Frazier and our club signed a contract until the end of the 2023/24 season. He’ll be performing under №0 on his jersey.

While studying at the University of Illinois, the 24-year-old point guard represented the Illinois Fighting Illini team in the NCAA championship. In 2018, he was among the best five rookies in the conference, and subsequently was chosen to the top defensive five of the Big Ten Conference twice.

In the summer of 2022, Frazier moved to the Belgrade club FMP to play in the Adriatic League. The American guard played 16 games, his average stats are 20,7 points, 2,2 rebounds and 6.2 assists. Frazier’s best game was against Mornar Bar in January when he scored 45 points, and also made 4 rebounds and 9 assists.

Zenit guard Trent Frazier:

— I had four very successful months in my first season, and I am very happy to be here at Zenit. My first thought when I got the call? I was just stunned. I got very excited. One of my partners told me a lot of good things about Russia, especially about Zenit, he said that this is a high-level club, high-level organization, high-level coaches. So just to come and have the opportunity to try myself in such a club is special.

Welcome to the team, Trent!
